The Maids of Mount Cisco or The Maids of Mount Kisco (Paddy Killoran) | Reel
There is lots of discussion to be found on the internet about this deservedly popular tune. Mount Kisco is in New York State in the US and one story is that the great fiddler Paddy Killoran named the tune, if not composed it, after a barmaid in one of the hotels there. It is still usually pronounced in the UK and Ireland as Cisco (as in San Francisco), hence my spelling of the title here.
